- One report per number a monthPer person. It keeps the counts honest.
- What happens nextMost reports go up right away, tied to that number. If a number is getting a burst of reports, a person looks first.
- The number may not be the personCaller ID can be faked and numbers get reassigned. Report what happened from this number, not who you think owns it.
